San Diego, one-page hire-me websites
Your work is already good. Make it easier to find.
I build straightforward websites for free-agent trade workers: your best jobs, your services, and a call or text button customers can use right away.
$150 starting price, about 2 weeks, no deposit.
Built right.
20 years of work, now easy to find.

Drag the handle to see what a customer sees.
A comparison of two phone search results for the same worker: on the left, a plain listing with only a name and a phone number; on the right, the same worker with job photos, his trade and city, and a tap-to-call button.

The point
No complicated funnel. Just a better place to send people.
When someone hears about you on a job site, they should be able to see your work and reach you before they move on. That is the whole job of this site.
Show your best work
A focused gallery does more than a long explanation ever could.
Say what you actually do
Services and trade details help the right customer call about the right job.
Put the phone first
No account, no inbox to check, no form maze. One tap gets them to you.
Ready when you are
Text Kevin your trade. He will tell you if a one-page site is the right fit.
The work
One real build. More to come.
This page will grow with the people Kevin works with. For now, it starts with Noe: the first site, the first test, and a family member who knows exactly how much good work can travel by word of mouth.

UnderwayConstruction, Build #001, San Diego
The first build is underway while Kevin gathers real photos, services, license status, and past-client words.
What is next
Your project could be build #002.
Kevin is keeping this portfolio small and truthful. That means your photos, your words, and your real business details — not a stock case study.
The empty spaces are intentional
No fake logos. No made-up reviews.
A portfolio should show work that happened. These open spots are a promise to keep that standard as Trade Sites SD grows.
This spot is for your site.
First clients get the $150 introductory price while Kevin builds the portfolio.
This spot is for your site.
Real photos and real work will replace this card when the next build is complete.
Services
Everything a customer needs before they call.
The offer is intentionally focused. A clear one-page site is useful for a free-agent worker; a giant website is usually more than you need right now.
The starting offer
Introductory price while Kevin builds the portfolio. The only other cost is your domain, around $12/year, which you own.
Start with a textNo deposit. Pay when you approve the finished site.
Included from the first conversation to launch.
- A one-page hire-me website built around your trade
- Your best job photos arranged into a clear gallery
- Services list, service area, license status, and business details
- Call and text buttons that work on a phone
- Two rounds of changes before launch
- 30 days of free bug fixes after launch
Clear boundaries: extra pages and more than two rounds of changes cost extra. Kevin will always say so before doing the work.

Your work is the content.

Process
A simple path from “hey” to live.
You do not need to know anything about websites. You just need to know your trade and have a phone full of work you are proud of.
Text me
Tell Kevin your trade and what you want customers to know.
Send your stuff
Photos, services, phone number, service area, license status, and any reviews you have permission to use.
Kevin builds it
The first version usually takes about two weeks. You get two rounds of changes before launch.
Approve, then pay
No deposit. You pay the $150 when the site is finished and you are happy with it.
After launch: you get 30 days of free bug fixes. Your domain is yours — Kevin helps set it up, but you purchase and own the web address.
No pressure
Not sure if this is right for you?
Text Kevin your situation. If a one-page site is not the right tool, he will tell you plainly.
About
Built in San Diego. Son of the trades.
Trade Sites SD started with a practical problem in Kevin’s own family: Noe had twenty years of reputation, but nowhere simple to send a new customer who wanted to see his work.
So Kevin built the first site for his dad. Not as a grand agency launch — as a useful tool for a real worker. That is still the standard: make the work easy to understand, make the phone easy to find, and keep the price honest.
