How it works
The whole thing, start to finish.
What it costs, how long it takes, and what you own at the end.
What you get
One page that gets you the call.
Your best work, and a call button. Built for phones, because that is where your customers are.
- Your best job photos, arranged into a clear gallery
- The services you offer, in your own words
- Reviews from customers who already hired you
- Your service area, so people know you cover them
- A call button that is always one tap away
What it costs
$150, one time. Not monthly.
Your domain runs about $12 a year, bought in your name. Hosting is free. No required monthly fee.
No sales call, no package to pick. One page, one price.
Trade Sites SD
One time. The page and the domain are yours once it is paid for.
A freelancer
The usual quote for the same single page.
An agency
What agencies charge trade businesses.
Wix or Squarespace
Every year, forever — and you are the one building it.
How we do it
Five steps. About two weeks.
Two weeks counts from the day we have your photos, not from the day you first text.
You text us
Tell us your trade and your service area.
You send photos and info
We send you a guide on exactly what to take.
We build it
About two weeks from the day we have your photos.
You look it over
Two rounds of changes are included.
It goes live
And you pay the rest.
Payment: half up front, half when you approve it.
After it is live
Thirty days free. Then you choose.
30 days of free fixes
If anything breaks, we fix it. No charge.
$25 a change
After the first 30 days, each change you ask for is $25.
$10 a month, optional
Two small updates a month, plus we watch the site and warn you before the domain renews.
The monthly plan is optional: most clients never need it, and nothing on your site stops working if you skip it.
What you own
Everything. If you leave, it goes with you.
We do not hold anything hostage.
The domain is in your name
You pay for it and you control it. Your web address is never ours.
The site is yours
Once it is paid for, the page belongs to you.
Your customers contact you directly
Calls and messages go straight to your phone. We never see them.
Languages
English, Spanish, or both.
We build in whichever language your customers speak. If half your work comes from Spanish-speaking neighbors, your page can say so in Spanish.
